Appointment Scheduling, Arrival, and Cancellation Policy

Please call us to schedule an appointment at (814) 796-9038. A credit card is required to reserve the appointment time. When scheduling an appointment, please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time in order to fill out any necessary paperwork, get changed, or use the restroom. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to allow the provider to be on time for his/her next client while also offering you the best possible services.

Please notify us of any need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the service by calling us at (814) 796-9038. If the appointment is canceled within less than 24 hours or you do not arrive for the service as scheduled, you may be charged up to 100% of your scheduled service. If we are able to fill your scheduled time with another client you will not be charged.

In the following cases, we require a 48-hour notice: Medical Spa Consults or Procedures, any of our Spa Package Services, 3+ services scheduled on the same day or groups of 3 or more clients.

Please recognize that late cancellations or no-show appointments mean that our commission-based employees do not get paid and have no ability to fill the time spot with another client.
