Join us for Yoga in the Yard, an outdoor yoga series held on the serene and shaded lawn of Coventina Day and Medical Spa. Nestled on seven private wooded acres, our beautifully restored farmhouse-turned-spa provides the perfect peaceful backdrop for your practice. Surrounded by nature, this tranquil setting invites you to breathe deeply, let go, and reconnect with yourself.

We are thrilled to partner with Danielle Kudlak, owner of Radiant Fitness + Wellness LLC. Danielle brings a heart-centered approach to her teaching, rooted in faith, self-awareness, and compassion. Her classes offer a harmonious blend of mindful movement, meditation, and intuitive flow—inviting you to slow down, tune in, and move with purpose.

Whether you're deepening your practice or just beginning, Danielle's guidance will support you in exploring strength, balance, and flexibility at your own pace. Her unique style combines fluid sequences, intentional holds, and moments for self-expression—creating a space for reflection, growth, and inner peace.

All Levels Flow

Breathe deep and flow freely in this all-levels outdoor slow flow yoga class—designed to nourish the body and calm the mind. This practice blends fluid mobility sequences with grounding static holds to help melt tension, build strength, and increase mind-muscle connection. You'll be guided to move with intention, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate confidence and self-love on and off the mat. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class invites you to show up just as you are and leave feeling centered, refreshed, and empowered.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat or towel/blanket
  • Water bottle
  • Sunscreen or bug spray



Mommy and Me 

Bond, breathe, and move together in this fun and gentle Mommy & Me yoga class. Enjoy a relaxed outdoor environment where you and your little one can explore simple yoga poses, songs, and playful movement. Designed to support postpartum recovery, reduce stress, and strengthen connection, this class is a joyful and welcoming space, no yoga experience needed! Class appropriate for children ages 4-10. Class price includes 1 adult and 2 children. All additional children will be $10/child.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat or blanket (large enough for both of you)

  • Snacks or comfort items as needed
